a life rooted in
love, purpose & global impact
Khulan Davaadorj’s story begins in Mongolia—but it doesn’t stay there.
Born into a diplomatic family, she moved to Germany at the age of three. There, speaking fluent German before Mongolian, Khulan began to see the world not through borders, but through bridges.
Her childhood was defined by contrast—languages, cultures, expectations—and by a quiet sensitivity that would one day grow into fierce compassion.
At nine, she returned to Mongolia—only to feel like a stranger in her own homeland. Misunderstood by teachers. Struggling to speak her native tongue. She often felt invisible.
But what began as alienation became awakening.
Khulan made a silent vow: no one deserves to feel unseen. And from that vow, a fire was lit—one that would forge a life of empathy, justice, and unshakable purpose.

a new chapter
from founder to global voice
Today, Khulan is stepping into a broader calling—not just as a founder, but as a global voice for conscious leadership.
She speaks to audiences across cultures and continents.
Consults brands that seek to align with values.
Guides youth and women to step into their truth.
And leads with one consistent message.

from student to self-starter
In her teenage years, Khulan attended boarding school in Switzerland, where she finally found a space that celebrated difference.
When her family could no longer afford the tuition, she didn’t retreat—she rose.
She baked cakes to pay her way. Mentored younger students. Took on work-study jobs.
Every challenge was met with ingenuity. Every hardship, a reason to lead.

this became her life’s rhythm: lead forward, even when the path is unclear.
At Columbia University in New York, she studied public policy and renewable energy, then returned to Mongolia to join the country’s first wind energy initiative. But again, she met resistance. When her values clashed with the status quo, she chose integrity over comfort.
At the same time, her health began to unravel. Chronic eczema and burnout forced her inward—revealing a deeper truth: healing is not a luxury, it is a right.

from pain to purpose.
The birth of lhamour
In her mid-20s, with just $10,000 and a deep belief in conscious living, Khulan launched Lhamour—Mongolia’s first organic skincare brand.
But this wasn’t just about products.
It was about a new definition of success: rooted in self-love, sustainability, and social impact. She hired marginalized women. Led workshops in schools. Mentored youth. And built a brand that didn’t just serve the skin—it served the soul of her country.
the world took notice.
Khulan was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Invited to speak on global stages. Featured by international media.
Yet through it all, she stayed grounded—not scaling for profit, but scaling for purpose.
